Dr Phillip Hall
Dr Hall commenced work at the Clinic in 2007. In addition to his GP training, Dr Hall holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and is a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and the Australian College of Rural & Remote Medicine (ACRRM). Dr Hall has extensive experience in all aspects of general practice. He oversees the continuing education of all clinicians at the Clinic, supervises training of medical students in a GP setting and is an accredited principal supervisor of GP Registrars. Dr Andrea Hedgland
Dr Hedgland joined Clinic in 2014. She has a Bachelor of Medicine and a Diploma in Paediatrics. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). Dr Hedgland is an accredited supervisor of GP Registrars at the Clinic and contributes to the teaching of medical students on rotation with our Clinic. Areas of interest: Paediatrics
Dr Chandanvir Saini
Dr Chandanvir (Chandan) Saini joined Warrnambool Medical Clinic in 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery, and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). She offers Skin Checks and Minor Procedures. Dr Chandan is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi. Her areas of interest are: General Medicine, Women’s Health and Aged Care
Dr Corsini Aragon
Dr Corsini Aragon holds a Doctorate in Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from St Louis University in the Philippines. Dr Aragon is accredited through the Australian Medical Council and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). Dr Aragon has practiced all aspects of general practice since joining Clinic in 2015. Dr Aragon speaks fluent English and Filipino. Areas of interest: Men’s Health, Sports Medicine, General Practice
Dr Matthew Birtles
Dr Matthew Birtles relocated to Warrnambool in 2016 with his wife Dr Belinda Bell after training in Newcastle and Tamworth NSW. Dr Birtles works in all aspects of medicine but has a special interest in mental health management in the community. He is a Sydney Swans supporter and very average football tipper. Areas of interest: Paediatrics, Mental Health, Men’s Health, Palliative Care
Dr Sharad Rawal
Dr Sharad Rawal joined the Clinic in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the Kathmandu University in Nepal (2005) and a Diploma in Child Health from the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in South Australia (2013). He gained extensive experience whilst working in Nepal, before moving to Portland, and then to Geelong, prior to settling in Warrnambool. Dr Rawal gained accreditation through the Australian Medical Council, and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). Dr Rawal speaks fluent English, Hindi and Nepali. Areas of interest: Chronic Disease, Men’s Health
Dr Belinda Bell
Currently on parental leave, Dr Belinda Bell has been a part of the clinic since 2015. She was awarded a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Newcastle in 2012. She went on to work as a junior doctor for Hunter New England Health. In 2015 Dr Bell moved to Warrnambool, where she completed studies to become a specialist generalist receiving her fellowship from RACGP in 2018. She now works at our Mortlake Branch treating those from birth to end of life, enjoying the continuity of care in a small country setting. Areas of interest: Birth to end of life care
Dr Heidi Cutting
Dr Cutting joined the Clinic in 2016. She has a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Flinders University in South Australia (2012), a Diploma of Child Health (2015) and a Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (2016). Areas of interest: Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Gynaecology
Dr Karishma Karki
Currently on parental leave, Dr Karishma Karki holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the Kathmandu University in Nepal and joined Warrnambool Medical Clinic in February 2017. She has worked previously in South West Healthcare in Warrnambool, and is working towards her fellowship with RACGP. Dr Karki speaks fluent English, Nepali and Hindi. Areas of interest: Dermatology and women’s health.
Dr Chandima Silva
Dr Chandima Silva joined Warrnambool Medical Clinic in February 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. Dr Silva has been working for four years in the Australian Health Care system and has gained extensive experience in Emergency Medicine whilst working in the Emergency Department of Western Health Melbourne. She is fluent in English and Sinhalese. Areas of interest: Paediatrics and Musculoskeletal Health
Dr Zoe Baudinette
Dr Zoe Baudinette is a local, being born and bred in Warrnambool. She moved away initially to complete an undergraduate double degree in Nursing and Paramedics. After working for a couple of years at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne as a nurse she was accepted into post graduate medicine at Deakin University, Geelong.
Dr Baudinette says she was fortunate enough to be able to do her clinical years primarily at South West Healthcare, and has remained working in Warrnambool ever since. Dr Baudinette also has a Diploma of Obstetrics and Certificate of Women’s Health. She enjoys both of these areas and as she has young children, she also enjoy Paediatrics.
Dr Baudinette is happy to see a diverse range of patients with various medical issues.
Dr Jamila Perera
Dr Jamila Perera, (MBBS, FRARGP) completed her primary medical degree in Sri Lanka in 1995, immigrating to Australia in 2008 where she completed her Fellowship in 2017.
Dr Perera commenced at Warrnambool Medical Clinic in 2017 and is based at the Mortlake Clinic. Her area of special interest is Dermatology (skin conditions).
Dr Perera speaks fluent English and also Sinhalese.

Ann Morris Diabetes Educator
Ann trained as a Nurse at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, graduating in 1971. She worked at the Queen Victoria Hospital until she commenced working at the Royal Children’s Hospital where her love of working with people with diabetes began in 1976. Ann moved to work with Diabetes Australia (then known as the Diabetes Foundation, Victoria) in 1980 and remained there until her move to Warrnambool in 1984. She continued to work in Diabetes Education and is now runs her own Practice. Ann is a recipient of the 2011 JDRF “Diabetes Educator of the Year for Impact and relationships”, both the 2016 Victorian Diabetes Educator of the Year and 2016 Australian Diabetes Educator of the Year, and Diabetes Victoria Award for Outstanding Contribution to Diabetes and Diabetes Education.
Claire Timms Diabetes Educator
Claire is a Registered Nurse and a Credentialed Diabetes Nurse Educator and has vast experience primarily within diabetes and paediatrics. Claire completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree at ACU in 2006 and then went onto complete a Certificate of Diabetes Education at Curtin University. She began working in the field of Diabetes in 2009 whilst living in Perth WA. Since then she has worked in several tertiary centres including the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and Princess Margaret Hospital Perth. More recently Claire has been working at Barwon Health Geelong in both the adult and paediatric services and has recently moved onto a diary farm near Terang. She has commenced in her own practise with Warrnambool Medical Clinic. Claire remains committed to offering a person centred service for all people with diabetes and has a keen interest in technology and insulin pump therapy. She is certified product trainer with Medtronic and AMSL. Claire has ten years experience in diabetes education and has expertise across all aspects of managing diabetes.
Sarah Serjeant Dietitian
Sarah graduated with a Master’s degree in Dietetics from Deakin University Melbourne in 2020. She also holds a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences from Deakin University (2018). She is a member of Dietitian’s Australia and a part of their Accredited Practicing Dietitian program. Growing up in Warrnambool, Sarah is passionate about helping others develop a positive relationship with food and to be able to enjoy sustainable eating patterns which promote health and wellbeing at all life stages. Sarah has a focus on tailored nutrition education to provide the individual with the knowledge, skills and practical resources they need to make informed food choices to benefit their specific medical condition. Her broad areas of interest include diabetes, gut health and gastrointestinal disorders (IBS and coeliac disease), aged care and malnutrition.
Deanne Moyle Podiatrist
Deanne graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from Charles Sturt University and commenced podiatric practice in 2011. She has since undertaken additional training in both Dry Needling and Foot Mobilisation Techniques. Deanne is registered to practice through the Podiatry Board of Australia, its governing body the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and is a member of both the Australian Podiatry Association and the Australian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. Deanne started her career in the North East of Victoria establishing in a private podiatry practice. She then returned ‘home’ to the Western District in late 2013 working for Western District Health Service. Deanne has worked in both public and private practice giving her an excellent grounding in all aspects of podiatry. Deanne joined the team at Warrnambool Medical Clinic in November 2015. Deanne enjoys all aspects of Podiatry including: general foot care (nails, corns, callous), diabetes management, wound care, the high risk foot, paediatrics, sports injuries and biomechanics, but has a special interest in nail surgery.
