Meet our Practitioners

Dr Phillip Hall

Dr Hall commenced work at the Clinic in 2007. In addition to his GP training, Dr Hall holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and is a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and the Australian College of Rural & Remote Medicine (ACRRM). Dr Hall has extensive experience in all aspects of general practice. He oversees the continuing education of all clinicians at the Clinic, supervises training of medical students in a GP setting and is an accredited principal supervisor of GP Registrars. Areas of interest: Obstetrics, Anaesthetics, Sports Medicine, Family Medicine

Dr Sharad Rawal

Dr Sharad Rawal joined the Clinic in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the Kathmandu University in Nepal (2005) and a Diploma in Child Health from the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in South Australia (2013). He gained extensive experience whilst working in Nepal, before moving to Portland, and then to Geelong, prior to settling in Warrnambool. Dr Rawal gained accreditation through the Australian Medical Council, and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). Dr Rawal speaks fluent English, Hindi and Nepali. Areas of interest: Chronic Disease, Men’s Health

Dr Chandanvir Saini

Dr Chandanvir (Chandan) Saini joined Lyndoch Medical Hub in 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery, and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). She offers Skin Checks and Minor Procedures. Dr Chandan is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi. Her areas of interest are: General Medicine, Women’s Health and Aged Care

Dr Natalie Ryan

Dr Natalie Ryan, General Practitioner, Female, MBBS (UNSW 1988); DA (Diploma Anaesthetic (UK)); FRACGP, FACNEM.
Dr Ryan has been a practising General Practitioner in Warrnambool since 1995.

Ann Morris Diabetes Educator

Ann trained as a Nurse at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, graduating in 1971. She worked at the Queen Victoria Hospital until she commenced working at the Royal Children’s Hospital where her love of working with people with diabetes began in 1976. Ann moved to work with Diabetes Australia (then known as the Diabetes Foundation, Victoria) in 1980 and remained there until her move to Warrnambool in 1984. She continued to work in Diabetes Education and is now runs her own Practice. Ann is a recipient of the 2011 JDRF “Diabetes Educator of the Year for Impact and relationships”, both the 2016 Victorian Diabetes Educator of the Year and 2016 Australian Diabetes Educator of the Year, and Diabetes Victoria Award for Outstanding Contribution to Diabetes and Diabetes Education.

Claire Timms Diabetes Educator

Claire is a Registered Nurse and a Credentialed Diabetes Nurse Educator and has vast experience primarily within diabetes and paediatrics. Claire completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree at ACU in 2006 and then went onto complete a Certificate of Diabetes Education at Curtin University. She began working in the field of Diabetes in 2009 whilst living in Perth WA. Since then she has worked in several tertiary centres including the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and Princess Margaret Hospital Perth. More recently Claire has been working at Barwon Health Geelong in both the adult and paediatric services and has recently moved onto a diary farm near Terang. She has commenced in her own practise with Lyndoch Medical Hub. Claire remains committed to offering a person centred service for all people with diabetes and has a keen interest in technology and insulin pump therapy. She is certified product trainer with Medtronic and AMSL. Claire has ten years experience in diabetes education and has expertise across all aspects of managing diabetes.
